Accounts Assistant Required

Maternity Cover with the possibility of going permanent
- Reconcile bank account daily
- Process delivery notes, notifying suppliers of any discrepancies and raising credit requests
- Scanning delivery notes onto the system to stay paperless
- Process purchase invoices, keeping on top of queries and ensuring coded correctly
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Processing payment of suppliers
- Setting up of suppliers
- Setting up of customers
- Answer any accounts queries by telephone/post/email
- Chase debtors weekly
- Send sales statements monthly
- Payroll for weekly wages
- Other ad-hoc duties
Salary – Available on request
Working Hours 8.00-16.30 Monday – Friday
